Two bedroom units range in size from 1,100 - 1,520 square feet, with rents ranging from $1,050 - $1,400 per month. Town homes are attractively priced based on square footage and amenities specific to the unit.
We also have located in the West Barracks beautiful 1930's NCO duplexes for rent. Each unit has three bedrooms and one and a half baths with working fireplaces and a sunroom. Units have hard wood floors and are approximately 1,400 square feet. Rents are $1,050 plus utilities. Duplexes are leased on a month-to-month basis and require a security deposit upon signing of a lease.
