Meet at the Grant House by 6:30 p.m. for a costumed promenade with costumed interpreters portraying the roles of Army families who lived at Vancouver Barracks long ago. "Evening on the Row" free programs presented by the National Park Service every Friday night from 6:30-7:30 p.m., from July 9th through September 10.
